By accessing or using Partner Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Partner Pilot provides relationship guidance tools including a digital eBook (The Relationship Blueprint), an AI-powered Relationship Counsellor, a Relationship Context system, and a Relationship Assistant. These tools are for informational and support purposes only.

3. Not a Professional Service

Partner Pilot does not provide licensed therapy, counselling, medical advice, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, relationship abuse, or emergency, please contact appropriate professional services or emergency services immediately.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 years or older to use the service. You agree not to share your account access with others.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Relationship Pilot subscriptions are billed monthly at £19.99/month. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Partner Pilot to harass, stalk, or monitor another person without their knowledge. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and materials provided by Partner Pilot are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Partner Pilot is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees about relationship outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
