Plain English summary

We collect only what we need to provide the service. We never sell your data. Relationship context and partner information you share is private and encrypted. Self-service deletion is not in Settings yet; contact support to request a copy or deletion.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details (email, name), relationship context you share during onboarding, partner profile information, purchase and billing information (processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details), and support communications.

We collect limited technical information automatically: page views, general usage patterns, and error logs. We use this to improve the product.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Partner Pilot service. To personalise your experience (your relationship context powers PartnerPilot Chat responses). To send transactional communications (purchase confirmations, download links, account notifications). To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use third-party services only as required to operate (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery).

Sensitive information

We understand that relationship context is sensitive. All personal data is encrypted at rest. Relationship context and partner profile data is private to your account and never reviewed by our team except when required to resolve a specific support issue you raise with us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Self-service deletion and export are not in dashboard Settings yet. To request a copy of your data or account deletion, contact us on the support page.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for session management and security. The live site currently also loads Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics for product measurement. A consent-capable loader exists (status quo, Google Consent Mode, or strict opt-in) and is documented in ADR 0004. The production consent model is pending owner/legal approval. We do not use advertising cookies.
