How we use it

To provide and improve the Partner Pilot service. To personalise your experience (your relationship context powers the Counsellor responses). To send transactional communications (purchase confirmations, download links, account notifications). To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use third-party services only as required to operate (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery).

Sensitive information

We understand that relationship context is sensitive. All personal data is encrypted at rest. Relationship context and partner profile data is private to your account and never reviewed by our team except when required to resolve a specific support issue you raise with us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your relationship context and partner profile from your dashboard settings. To request full account deletion or a data export, contact us at the support page.

We use essential cookies only for session management and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies without your explicit consent.
